Who We Are

South Bouquet was founded by longtime friends who built their careers leading finance organizations taking multiple businesses through periods of growth, complexity, and scale.

After years operating in demanding, performance-driven environments, we partnered to bring that same hands-on leadership to founder-led and growth-stage companies seeking real financial discipline and measurable results.

Meet the Founder

    Founder

    Brian is a CPA with years of experience building financial operations for growth-stage companies. He's been the first finance hire at multiple companies where he built financial infrastructure from scratch, led Series fundraising, scaled revenue 10x, and managed investor-grade reporting to board.

    Before founding South Bouquet, Brian served as VP of Finance at Narmi, where he managed the company's entire financial function: forecasting, equity management, clean books, audit coordination, and RevOps strategy. His background includes audit and accounting management at firms serving hundreds of clients, giving him deep experience in controls, compliance, and financial rigor.

    He works with founders and operators across SaaS, D2C e-commerce, real estate, and service businesses helping them build sustainable financial operations, make data-driven decisions, and manage capital effectively. Brian holds an MS in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and is a licensed CPA in New York.
